Our Captioning Manager, Lauren, oversees our team of transcriptionists and captioners while getting all our projects created, assigned, and finished on time. As a CCAD Alum and toddler mom, multitasking and creative problem solving comes easy, and help her keep everything moving quickly and efficiently from start to finish. If she’s not in the office, you can probably find her playing dinosaurs, or perfecting her red velvet cake recipe.
